' ? , d Los Angeles, December 10, 1934 Mr. H. 0. Mann; Referring to your letter of November 38th, attaching copy of Mr. Jeffers' letter Hovember 2?th, relative to L, v. L. & W* Co. f0-241, renewal of water lines, Las Vegas, Hev&dai fhe wood stave pipe, purchased frost the Pacific Tanh & Pip© Co, of Los Angeles by the Hawkins Addition and installed In 1933, was bound by wire and quite heavily covered with asphalt coating; however, this was not redwood, but untreated fir pipe.
