    nant running with the land to the effeet that no water well shall be drilled or dug thereon to a depth exceeding one hundred (100) feet. The terra "shop grounds” as used in this proposal shall mean those lands bounded on the East by the Union Pacific Main Line, on the West by a line parallel to and 900 feet westerly of said Main Line, on the North by Bonanza Hoad, and on the South by Charleston Boulevard. It is further agreed that you have outstand­ing contracts whereby certain Subdividers or Applicants (a) Have deposited sums of money with you as advances for the construction of water mains or 6 .
