Las Vegas Land & Water Company, Las Vegas, Bevada She undersigned, oner of lot Block in the Sown of Las Vegas, levada, and a user of water therein expressly requests that you continue the service a£ water for said lot under the old flat rate in force before the granting of a Franchise hy said Sown and the acceptance of same by your said Company, namely, three dollars per month, in order to avoid the expense of installing a meter, and hereby expressly waives any right, benefit or protection provided under the schedule of rates, rules and regulations contained in said franchise.
