A detailed study of the Land and Water Company*s operation during the past several years has not been made, so that some variation from figures now given may reasonably be expected. I f in view o f water data now presented, an increase in the f la t rates is decided upon, meter rates should doubtless be retained fo r the industrial tracts and fo r future application elsewhere i f conditions warrant, and I so recommend, \ in th is connection, we are holding several applications fo r the purchase of water wholesale fo r use in new subdivisions, Las "Vegas.
