Bates - Los Angeles Please refer to your copy of my letter to Mr. Bennett dated October 20, 1951** In regard to entering into supplemental agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the basic agreement being G.L.D, No. 113U2 dated June 1, 1953* LA&SL Contract Audit No. 10682 covering sale of water facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada. I now enclose for your further handling fully executed "Original for District” of Supplemental Agree­ment C.L.D. No. 1131*2-1 dated November 30, 1951*; also fully executed "Grant of Easement" C.L.D. No. 1131*2-2 dated December 1, 1951** whereby LA&SL-TTPRRCo. grants to the District 2 easement strips 15* wide for proposed new location of pipe line. In making delivery of these documents to the District will you please obtain Reconveyance of Easement covering the 20f strip of land which was granted to the District by the Railroad Company under original agreement dated June 1, 1953* Mr. Adamson has been corresponding with Mr. Renshaw and Mr. Montgomery of the District regarding this matter, and I am enclosing copy of Mr, Adamson1 s letter to Mr. Montgomery dated Hoveraber 11, 1951** and Mr. Renshaw* s letter to Mr* Adamson dated December li*, 195U. Please advise when this transaction is completed, furnishing me the fully executed original of Relinquishment of Easement by the District after it has been properly recorded so that I may forward it to Mr. Bongardt.
