Baaed on g ivin g con sider­a tio n to in t e r e s t, d e p re c ia tio n , insurance, taxes and op eratin g expenses, the cost o f water per thousand gallons is now two oents. The above statement taxes in to con sid eration v a r ia tio n in flow from our a rte s ia n w e ll, which flo w a t one time in 1927 was 6.36 second f e e t as compared w ith measurement given above, taken in 1928, o f 8.96 second f e e t .
