Sutton) I am advising Mr. Reinhardt to place In effect the increases In wages for employees of the Water Department of the LYL&WGo. at Las Yogas, Nevada, which I mentioned in my letter to you of April 30, 1951. This is pursuant to your letter to me of May 4, 1951 and your R-594 to Mr. Renwick. So that everyones file w ill he complete, 1 am enclosing a copy of Mr. Reinhardt's letter to Mr. Stoddard dated February 24, 1950 covering recommendation for authority to change classification and rates of pay of the LYL&WCo. labor force at Las Yegas, Nevada which should have been attached to my letter to you of April 30th, 1951 instead of the letter of the same date from Mr. Reinhardt to Mr, Stoddard which was attached.
