N RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President To E. Hammill in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. NOo 14663-5, dated March 27, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and George Taguchi, withdrawing a portion of land leased for agricultural purposes, under lease agreement Audit No. 10948, dated October 1, 1963 in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; rental for remainder of the unexpired term, by latest extension expiring September 30, 1968, shall be $375.00 per annum, payable in advance, and except as amended and supplemented, all terms and conditions of original lease agreement shall remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15806-1, dated April 25, 1968, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Ben Nishimoto, an individual, extending term of original agreement, Contract Audit No. 11068, to and including June 30, 1969; that rental for the extended term shall be $1,300.00 per annum, payable one half on July 1, 1968 and one half on January 1, 1969, and all terms and conditions of original agreement shall remain in full force and effect; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -8-
