Jameson November 27, 1951 It Is quite possible that we will have a preliminary conference Monday morning, January 21, 1952 in Las Vegas, to go over this matter and I am asking Mr. Thomas W. Robinson and Mr. Clyde E. Houston if they will appear as witnesses for the Water Company. I would appreciate it if you would advise whether you would be willing to testify and whether you will need a subpoena and also, if you will be able to bring your figures given at the earlier case, down to date. I would also like to pay you, of course, for your services in this matter and hope you will permit me to do so if we can agree upon some figure which is mutually satisfactory. Very truly yours E. E.
