Dear Sirs: Mr. Clark*s letter of September 22nds file 1543 and Mr. Bancroft's letter of the 26th, approved the construction of a fruit packing house at Ontario at a cost of §7,000.00 to be rented to Mr John Westfall, and he superintendent was in~ I now enclose (to Mr. Clark) structed to proceed accordingly, form 30 Ho. 769, calling for an expenditure estimated at §7,894.90 For your information in connection with this matter I attach to the form Mr. Cullen’s letter of October 14th, copy of mine of the 18th to him and his reply of the 19th, explaining the difference between the first estimate of §7,000 and the amount named in the form 30.
