We consider it very urgent as we cannot get any more shopmen at Las Vegas until we provide rooms for them. In looking into question of scarcity of rooms, it is reported to me that there are about two hundred gamblers in Las Vegas at present who are occupying rooms formerly occupied by railroad men.
