Johnson - Los Angeles) Please refer to your fils in connection with sale of Las Vegas Mater system to the Las Vegas Valley Mater District, with particular reference to grant of easement, LA&SL Deed Audit So. 5352. The Mater District proposes to relooate a portion of the water line located in Parcel 1, Easement Strip 5 as described in Deed Audit 5352* It is proposed to grant to the Water District an easement covering the new location of this water line and obtain from the water District a quitclaim deed covering the present easement strip. Therefore, attached for your approval, if satisfactory, and return, is Approval Copy of easement from the Railroad Companies to Las Vegas Valley Water District for the construction, operation and maintenance of a water pipe line. Proposed easement is shown outlined yellow on attached map. Strip of land to be quitclaimed to the Railroad Companies is shown in pink tint on said map. T. B. HAMKZXL
