N 9(0) Defense Housing Projects* Water vain extensions to or In defense housing projects will be constructed, owned and maintained by the Company under speoial contract only when the entire cost of such extension is advanced to the Company. The amount advanoed will be refunded without Interest to the party making the advanoe • \ if and when, within ______months from the installation of the said water mains, there shall have been completed and ready for occupancy residences upon all of the lots within the housing project or portion thereof served by said mains. A defense housing project within the mean- 1 ing of tills rule shall be a housing project approved as such by the Federal Housing Administration. This rule shall become effective January » 1942, and shall remain in effect only during the present national emergency and shall not be deemed to affeot or modify contracts heretofore entered into by the Company which may be contrary to the provisions of this rule. m l
