    1946, between LVL&WCo., called ’'Company”, and W. 0. Wright, L. H. Sims, B. E, Bartlett, Sr., M. S. McCoy, Fred Nielsen, Mary Lloyd, H. C. Steward and Horace Shidler, collectively called "Owners”, providing: 1 - Owners to donate to Company 1512 ft. of 6” cast iron pipe and fittings having an agreed upon value of $1836; 2 - For construction by Company of approximately 1512 ft. of 5” water mains and the furnishing of additional fittings required, at estimated cost of $1804, to serve a portion of Y/oodland Park Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 3 - Owners to provide Company with satisfactory easement where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 4 - That after 50$ of the monthly revenues received by Company from customers in said Woodland Park Addition, taking water from said mains so in­stalled, shall have equaled actual cost to Com­pany for labor and materials furnished under said agreement, then Owners shall be refunded 50$ of such monthly revenues until Owners have been refunded $1836, the value of said pipe and fittings donated; provided Company shall not be obligated to make said refund for longer period than 10 years from date of completion of said installation; 5 - Company shall own said water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: ?/.0. #S-2, issued August 15, 1946; Los Angeles, Calif.; alter and remodel premises at 424-426 West Sixth Street for lease to Simon & Lyman 6th St. Corp., Inc. as restaurant. Total estimated expenditure $125,000, chargeable to Accounts Recollectible. A.F.E. No. 10 (W.O. #554), issued July 25, 1946; Las Vegas, Hev.; construct 1000 ft. of 6” water main to serve Block 4 of Stewart Addition, new residential district.
