    Richard N. Prieth and Bill J. Rardon, a partnership, doing business as Ar-Bee Company, called ”Subdivider”, providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $1,870, estimated cost of approximately 600 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve Block 5, Tract 2, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 5C$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Block 5, taking water from said water main, for period of ten years from date of com­pletion of said installation, or until Sub­divider has been repaid the actual cost of the line; 5 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 2459-7, dated October 3, 1950, extending to and including October 31, 1951, term of lease agreement Audit No. 9982, dated April 28, 1939, expiring October 31, 1950, with Randolph Marketing Company, Lessee, covering lease of packing house, located at Truslow and Malden Aves., Fullerton, Calif.; rental $316.97 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days1 written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement MNf,L.D. 2403, dated October 16, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the -2-
