On what basis should estimate be made for these three months? Suggest readings for corresponding months of 1930 be used, Advise, B-3 ,» In reply, Mr* Barry suggested that we confer with you. fill you kindly advise what basis should be used for estimating the number of gallons of water passing through the meters during the three months referred to? The report for this year also requires: "Size and number of feet of transmission mains in use at the end of year 1931.” fh# transmission mains are the property of the Railroad Com­pany, and we have no record on file in this office from which to answer this question. Will you please furnish the neces­sary information for inclusion in our report. Yours truly,
