May 27, 195^ It m y be that under Nevada water law this alloca­tion cannot be determined until the new well is drilled and the amount of water produced therefrom is ascer­tained. If this is a fact, will you please advise all concerned. At any rate I think we should go ahead and get a permit for the drilling of the new well as soon as Mr. Hanson furnishes us definite word that the well will be drilled and thereafter secure a transfer of the water appropriation to the existing and additional well as soon as it can be done.
