Air Mail Special Delivery Los Angeles, December 6, 1941 Mr. Walter R. Bracken: In line with Mr. Adams* telephone conversation, I am returning herewith deed from the Water Company to Ed. W. Clark, et al, which has been revised. over it with Mr. McNamee and let me have your comments. execute this deed on behalf of the Water Company when he is In Los Angeles this coming week. respect to condition 4 on page 3 of the deed, and it has been suggested that instead of going into the detail contained in the condition that it merely recite an easement for the flow of the waters of the Las Vegas creek along its natural course through said demised lands. is not necessary to provide for such easement in the deed at all as the grantees could not legally change the natural course of this creek. Will you please discuss these matters with Mr. McNamee and let me have your early views?
