GARSIDE and A.E. CAHLAH, co-partners, Second Parties, 'WITNESSETH: That the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of SIN DOLLARS ($10.00) to be paid by the Second Parties, and other good and valu­able consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Second Parties that certain parcel of land, situated in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being that portion of the SS-j- of Section 27, T. 20 S., R. 6l E., M.D.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main Street, as said street now exists 80 feet in width, distant thereon S. 27° k-51 W, 651.21 feet from a concrete monument set at the inter­section of said westerly line and the north line of said SE^ of Section 27, said point being at the most easterly comer of the land conveyed to Nevada Provision Company by deed recorded in Book h6, page k&k of Deeds, records of said County; thence N. 62° 15* W. 350.12 feet to a point on easterly line of the right of way of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company at the most northerly comer of said land of Nevada Provision Company; thence northerly 100.03 feet along said right of way line and along a curve concave westerly and having a radius of 3869.83 feet; thence S. 62° 15' X. 352.20 feet to a point on said westerly line of Main Street distant thereon H, 27° ^5* X. 100.00 feet from the point of beginning; thence along said westerly line S. 27° h5* W. 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. Together with that portion of an existing railroad spur track located along a center line 10 feet southeasterly from and parallel with the northwesterly line of the above described parcel of land and extending from the northeasterly line to the southwesterly line of said land; reserving, however, an easement to First Party, its successors and assigns, over the portion of said land lying ten feet on each side of said center line for operation for railroad purposes over said spur track. 1 - "EXHIBIT 1"
