24. CLARK COUNTY COMMISSION PERFORMANCE BOND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we ____________________________________ ___________ as principal, and _____________________________________________ as surety, hereby acknowledge and recognize ourselves held and firmly bound to the Clark County Commission, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, created, organized and operating under the provisions of (Nevada Statutes applicable), as obligee, in the sum of . lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to said obligee for its use and for the use of all persons and corporations doing work or furnishing tools, machinery, skill, materials, insurance premiums, equipment and supplies for the carrying on to completion the construction work hereinafter referred to and its and their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, as the case may be, for which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, as the case may be, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. The condition of this obligation is such that WHEREAS, the principal has entered into an Agreement with the obligee for a contract to construct and install, maintain, and service advertising displays at a designated premise within and a part of Me Carran Field, Las Vegas, Nevada, (involving in connection therewith the doing of certain construction work and the furnishing of certain equipment), being an agree- ment for a lease of such premises by obligee to principal for a term of not less than three (3) years, commencing and continuing as in said agreement pro- vided, and providing for maintenance and service of said advertising displays by principal for use by obligee upon payment of stated rental and for com- pliance by principal with the terms, provisions, conditions, covenant and agreements as therein provided, a duplicate copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the obligee, located at ______________________________________, the regularity and validity of said Agreement being hereby affirmed, and WHEREAS, principal is required under said Agreement to do certain con- struction work and to furnish certain equipment with respect to the demised premise and said construction work and furnishing of equipment being pursuant to contract with obligee as a public corporation and agency of the State of Nevada and in relation to public property, principal must give bond as re- quired by (Nevada Statutes applicable), such bond to run to the obligee for its use and for the use of all others mentioned in said (Statutes), in the amount and condition as by said (Statutes) required; NOW, THEREFORE, if the principal, 1) shall faithfully fulfill and perform said Agreement and any amend- ments thereto, it being understood that said surety hereby waives notice of any and all amendments to said Agreement, and
