WO-9798 If and when Las Vegas Land and Water Co. franchise is extended to serve Industrial District No.1, actual cost or ledger value of new water line should be transferred from R. R. Co. to L. & W. Co. account and transaction covered by R. R. Co. Form 30C and L. & W. Co. Form 30.
