Adamson: Attached copy of President Gray's letter of May 25th is self-explanatory, with reference to ownership of new water supply line at Las Vegas, construction of which authorised by R. R. Co. WO-9798 If and when Las Vegas Land and Water Co. franchise is extended to serve Industrial District No.1, actual cost or ledger value of new water line should be transferred from R. R. Co. to L. & W. Co. account and transaction covered by R. R. Co. Form 30C and L. & W. Co. Form 30. Copy of this letter and attachment is being sent to Mr. Bracken in further reference to his letter of May 7, file W-23-d-7, also to others indicated for necessary attention in due course. F. H.
