Reinhardt) Please refer to your letter of October 26th, 1951, your file 70^-4, regarding billing of expenses covered by Section 9 of agreement Audit No. 7*1-531 between Onion Pacific and LVL&WCo. I see no objection to monthly billing of the management expenses referred to in your letter. At some appropriate time the agreement can be conformed to the practice. l^hen the rate litigation has been concluded, it may be desirable to make some other minor modifications in the agreement. I have discussed the matter of monthly billing with Mr. Reinhardt and he is in accord with the views expressed in this letter. E. E.
