I have your letter of April IB, 1952, enclosing copies of the Answer of the Public Service Commission of Nevada to the Complaint and Supplemental Complaint in the above mentioned case. No other pleading will be required, and I should appreciate it If you would contact Judge Guild and arrange to have the case set for trial, In view of the fact that Mr. Wehe will not be able to devote any time to the preparation of the case prior to May 21, 1952, I suggest that the trial date be set hot earlier than June 15, 1952, to give him an opportunity to prepare the exhibits which he will use in his testimony.
