On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L,D. 2059> dated May 6, 194S, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and S. M. Pahor, an individual, called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider to pay Company $7>720, estimated cost of 2200 ft. of 6" cast iron water main, to serve Westwood Park Tract, Las Vegas, N evada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50% of monthly revenue received from customers in said Tract taking water from said main for period of ten years from date of completion of said instal­lation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said water main; 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, aoproved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: W. 0. #496-2, issued June 3 > 19^&> superseding and modifying W.O. #4-96 (AFE No. 2) approved May l6, 1944, and W.O. #496-1, (AFE No. 2-1) aporoved July 1, 1947; East Los Angeles, Calif.; covering Improvements to por­tion of Ferguson Drive abutting Industrial Tract No. 5- Total estimated exoenditure, $17,475; Chargeable to Deposits for Public Utilities Service-Subject to Refund, $2,975; Estimated cost of additional property, chargeable to Investment in Unimproved Real Estate-Calif., $14,500. A.F.E. No. g (W.O. #601), issued May 4, 194g; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 750 ft. of g" V.C. sanitary sewer in Main Street, north of Bonanza Road. Total estimated ex­penditure, $4,600.; chargeable to Accounts Recollectible, $1,750; chargeable to Investment in Unimproved Real Estate-Nevada, $2,8>50. - 4-
