in executing lease agreement C.L.D. Ho. 11187, dated October 23, 1952, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and The Peck-Judah Company, Inc„, Lessee, covering ground floor storeroom, known as 614 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, Calif., for term of five years commencing on the first day of November, 1952, and ending on the 31st day of October, 1957; rental at rate of $400 per month, payable monthly in advance; Lessee to pay Lessor at commencement of term of said lease the sum of $800, to be applied as first and last month's rent of said term; said premises to be used for the purpose of conducting a Travel Agency, together with such other uses as may be incidental thereto; Lessee being granted permission to sublet to Hoberg's Resorts a portion of said leased premises for the accommodation of one sales representative; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement nN nL.D. 2615, dated October 27, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called Company", and Chris N. Radlick and Edythe V. Radlick, husband and wife, called '’Subdividerw, providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $5,350.00, estimated cost to Company of constructing approximately 1250 ft. of 6 ” cast iron water main and 16 ft. of 6" hydrant.connections, to serve Radlick Park-Estates, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at monthly intervals, 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located within Radlick Park Estates Subdivision taking water from the water mains so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said -3-
