Bettis: I Leg to acknowledge receipt of your letter under date of July 24th, in reference to assessment on lots in Block 16. The Assessor has raised the values all over town, and the values placed on your lots in Block 16 were the same as those placed on all other lots, Loth in Block 16 and Block 17* The taxes are due and payable any time between the first of November and the 6th of December, and are delinquent after that tine.
