I agree.Omaha - October 20, 1952 2130 Mr, E, E, Bennett: Subject: Transfer of( property of Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Referring to your letter of October 16th: We have not given up the idea of qualifying The Union Land Company, although we have discussed the possibility of making the transfer to the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and avoid the qualification of The Union Land Company, I have written Mr. Stoddard today making that suggestion and am enclosing a copy of that letter herewith. Whether the suggestion will be approved we of course do not know and I therefore think it advisable for you to explore the requirements of the Nevada law so that we will be in a position to proceed in the event it is determined that the transfer should be made to the Land Company rather than the Railroad Company. I do not believe it advisable to attempt to reserve the name of The Union Land Company with the Secretary of State until we have final word. ^ % H f Q(a . v [ j<g / (v) Jw Ce^Jh ^ ^ | ^ ^ V t tjLjLsy- (^V ~l * l^j- \ ( jlr f n — . — ?
