Dear Sir: I beg to herewith submit for your approval a reappraise* ment of Company lots in Clark’s Lae Vegas Townsite. You will note I have not only added $50.00 per lot to lots fronting on sidewalks already eons||ruoted but have also added $50.00 to lots on the opposite side of the street fro# sidewalks as it is very possibly that it will be only a short time until the City will force us to oonstruot walks on all streets. The last appraise* ment was made and approved by H.I. Bettis, Vice President and Auditor under date ofMay 17, 1911 and effective April 1, 1911.
