Dear Sir: - Referring to our conversation in reference to the exchange of lotsin block 2 for lots in block 3 with Peter Buol. I beg to advise that sinc’e returning home I offered to make the exchange with Buol, he to pay $100.00 and deed us lots 10 and 11 in block 3, and we in turn to deed him lots 10 and 11 in block 2, Will you, therefore, kindly have deed made to Peter Buol, covering lots 10 and 11 in block 2 and I will deliver this deed and secure deed from him in the name of the Las Vegas Land & Water Co. for lots 10 and 11 in block 3; also collect $100.00 which is the difference in the exchange.
