2 legal representatives will let or underlet the said preraises or any part thereof, or assign thi& lease without the written consent of sMd lessor, its successors and assigns first being had and obtained. It is hereby expressly understood and agreed between the parties hereto that the said lessor, its successors and assigns, may, notwithstanding this lease, at any time during the said term, enter upon the said premises and do the necessary work to divert and appropriate any of the water owned by the said lessor in connection with the said land, and convey the same or any portion thereof, to its railroad line for the purpose of supplying its engines, stations and other railroad uses, or divert the same for any other use at its or their pleasure.
