Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. New-Club Savoy Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Norman Khoury, Club Savoy, 116 Fremont for license for 54 slot machines for the fourth quarter of 1951 be granted. This motion died for lack of a second. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Norman Khoury, Club Savoy, 116 Fremont for license for 54 slot machines for the fourth quarter of 1951 be tabled. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Peccole passed his vote. Additional Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Robert Testolin and James Fare, Cinnabar, 122 North 2nd Street for one Roulette for the fourth quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CHANGE-ADDITION OF Commissioner Whipple moved the application of William H. Elwell and NAME Hugh Conway, Hotel Elwell Casino, 200 South 1st for license for one roulette and one "21" game for the fourth quarter of 1951 be approved Hotel Elwell subject to investigation by the Police Department of Mr. Conway, the new associate. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Vivan Swick,. Harry Ruggeroli, Charles Dykes and Frank Mirabelli, Ten Pin Tavern, 123 South 2nd Street for a tavern liquor license for the fourth quarter of 1951 be approved subject to investigation by the Police Department of the new associates, Messrs. Ruggeroli, Dykes and Mirabelli. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Albert Davis, President, Change of Directors Shamrock Hotel Corp., 600 North Main for a Tavern Liquor license for the fourth quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CHANGE OF NAME Commissioner Whipple moved the application of A. W. Ham, et al, California Club, 101-121 South 1st Street, formerly called the Ace Bar, for a Tavern Liquor license for the fourth quarter of 1951 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
