Los Angeles, December 20th., 1933. (Personal) Mr. E. E. Bennett: At the present time the Las Vegas Land and Water Company is charged |250.00 per month for legal services. That was the arrangement in effect for some time prior to the death of Mr. F| E. McTJamee. In view of the change in Nevada legal representation since Mr. MeNamee1s death, question is raised whether the legal requirements of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company are sufficient to justify an arbitrary charge of |>250.00 per month.
