Peart while gathering Information for my letter regarding original documents to be furnished the Water District, It came to my attention that at least one Revocable Permit Issued the Water Company by the Department of Highways, State of Nevada, had never been forwarded for approval and filing with the auditor. This situation was discussed with Mr. L. A. White, who is presently assisting in the audit of our records, who suggested that I forward the permit at this time for filing with the auditor and assignment of Audit number. In accordance with Mr. White's suggestion, I am forwarding herewith for your approval and further handling Revocable Permit from Department of Highways, State of Nevada, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated December 12, 1946, covering construction of water main in Fremont Street from l?th Street to Bonanza Court, Las Vegas, Nevada.
