The policy covering suoh insurance shall provide that the vehicle is used for purposes of pleasure and business, and shall not include the Union Faelfle Railroad or any subsidiary company as an assured, when obtaining suoh insurance the officer or employe should advise his ineuranoe carrier that an allowance is to be re­ceived from the Company for use of the vehicle and ar­rangement made far furnishing you a duplicate of the policy. •Such policies of insurance shall be written on the Motional Standard Automobile Form, containing the so-called omnibus clause, extending coverage to others than the named insured. This clause ie found under the insuring agreements in the Rational Standard Automobile Form of policy, under the heading "Definition of Assured*, and is sufficiently broad to cover the employer when the vehicle is being ueed by the employe in connection with the employer's business, providing the policy declares the automobile will be used for 'pleasure and business', as above mentioned. •if officers or employes, who are granted allowances, and who use their automobiles in connection with Company business, ever use an automobile in connec­tion with such business other than the vehicle described 1 -
