    valuable consideration, excepting and reserving unto Grantor all mineral and mineral rights, including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Termination Rider C.L.D. No. 12019-1, dated November 10, 1955» terminating effective December 1, 1955* Lease Agree­ment Audit No. 10792, dated October 17* 1955* between LVL&WCo* and Macco Corporation, covering site for storage and automobile parking at Signal Hill, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W.O. 797, issued November 22, 1955, Signal Hill, Calif­ornia, retirement of rectangular parcel of land 200 ft* by 9^ ft* abutting east line of California Avenue at Burnett Street being portion of Lot 86, American Colony Tract being part of Parcel 92, Map of Burnett, California, containing an area of 18,800 sq. ft*, which property was conveyed to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S, Wells, by LVL&W Deed Audit No. 5^20, dated September 22, 1955* Credit Account - Real Estate Sold - Unimproved Real Estate - California - #1,331; charge Sale Price #3,200 and creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate #1,869; cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate #4. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A.F.E. Request, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
