\ ("b) Semi-annually, commencing June 12, 1939, interest at rate of 4% per annum from December 12, 1938, upon the amount arrived at by subtracting the amount of all payments made under (a) from §25,310.25; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing lease agreement C.A. No. 10153, dated October 1, 1941, between LVLocV/Co., Lessor, and international Forwarding Company, Lessee, covering 16,325 sq, ft. of land, located near 5th and Anderson Sts., Los Angeles, Calif., together with the following improvements to be installed by Lessor: A covered platform, 150 ft. in length by approximately 30 ft. in width, 3n asphaltic concrete paving, and 6" concrete paving; for term commencing upon the date said improvements are completed or occupied, whichever occurs first, and extending to and including December 31, 1947; rental for land, §457.10 per annum, and as rental for said improvements an amount equal to 9% per annum upon the cost of said improvements, payable monthly in advance; total maximum rental for land and improvements not to exceed §1,222.94 per annum; premises to be used for the handling of merchandise shipments; Lessor consenting to the subletting of all or any portion of the leased premises to Acme Fast Freight, Inc., or to Atlas Freight, Inc,; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
