m The following Work Order Authority, for expenditure request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifi­cation: W. 0® 49, issued December 28, 1967, Authority for Expenditure to acquire approximately .39 acre of land, City of Industry, California; required for complete ownership of land for future development of industrial sites at this location® The U 0P®RoRoCo® Executive Committee assented to this expenditure November 30, 1967® Total estimated expenditure $400®00 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, City of Industry, California $400.00 Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1967 $400.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H® Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0® 51, issued December 30, 1967 covering amount received from Los Angeles County Flood Control District as consideration for flood control purposes in Handorf Industrial Dis­trict No. 1, Tract No® 1343, granted by agree­ment dated April 25, 1967.
