E B AUG 1 7 1954 Referring to Mr, Maag's letter of June 17th, file W 23-1-148, regarding easement for the Las Tegas Talley Water District covering right of way for pipe line constructed under LVL&WCo, Work Order 785: This line was completed June 4th and you will find that the cost was included in the statement furnished hy the Auditor under date of July 26, 1954, On the assumption that the easement should he furnished under Section 15 of Agreement C.L.D, Ho, 11342, we have prepared a draft using the form of Xxhihit "7” of said Agreement C.L.D. Ho. 11342. Will you please review the attached draft of easement and return with your comments.
