Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith list in duplicate, of the unsold lots at Las Vegas other than those occupied by the cottages and the office building. Please make a careful canvass of the proposition and return one copy of the list with your estimate of the present value of each lot shown thereon. You may retain the other list for reference in case further correspondence is necessary. I have not listed separately the lots in blocks 39 and 40 as I presume man* of the lots will have the same value and you will please show them accordingly. Vice Brest.& Auditor.
