Sir: You are hereby advised that authority has be'e’n granted for the settlement of an indebtedness incurred by you during November 1892, amounting to $15.00 in the open market purchase of lumber and windows, required for use in the completion of the Supai day school, authorized to be erected in Office letter of Septem­ber 5th last, as requested in your letter and as evidenced by the voucher herewith inclosed for file with your quarterly ac­counts • In relation to your request for instructions in regard to the articles ordered shipped to your school for the Supai day school (as per Office letter dated April 17th last) you are directed to have said goods transported back to Williams, Arizona, pay the freight therefor and submit vouchers covering the same for the consideration of this Office.
