Section 2. RAILROAD COMPANY TO PAY In consideration of the completion ef the work herein described and the fulfillment of of all covenants, conditions and agreements of the Contractor herein contained, to the satisfaction and acceptance of the Railroad Company, the Railroad Company shall pay to the Contractor the twa of $140.00 for transportation of the contractor1 s well rig and equipment to and from the well sites. It is estimated that said work will require approximately sixty (60) man hours per well for each of five (S) wells, or a total of approximately threehundred (300) hours. The Railroad Company agrees to pay to the Contractor the sum of $12.00 per hour for such work, not to exceed, however, the total s u b s of $3600.00. /
