Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemens Knolosed are duplicate originals of proposed Agreement ttNaL.B. 2675 between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and National Builders, Ino., covering installation of water mains to serve Lots 9, 10, 11 and 29 to 34 inclusive, Block #8, Mayfair Tract #2, Las Vegas, Nevada. Also enclosed is original and two extra copies of Bill of Sale "N^L.D, 2675-1 from National Builders, Inc., to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, pursuant to Article 1, Section 1, of the above Agreement. Xour attention is directed to Article 1, Section 5, Subsections A and B of the Agreement, which provides for Policy of Title Insurance covering dedicated easements in which water lines were constructed.
