To furnish Sill of Sale, conveying water mains to the title to the Las Vegas Land and Mater Company. THE CGMPAHX AGREES? 1. Upon execution of this agreement and receipt of said Sill of Sale and necessary easements for said water lines, to pay to the Subdivl&sr, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of the revenue received by it from consumers taking direct service from water lines installed hereunder for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $2200, whichever first occurs.
