    Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the Company’s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 422 West Sixth Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11*00 A. M., Tuesday, July 15, 1952. Present; Wm. Reinhardt E. E. Bennett J. W. Padden A. C. Ritter W. H. Johnson Absent: A. E. Stoddard Vice President Reinhardt called the meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held June 10, 1952, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ,,N ,,L.D. 2504, dated Oct. 22, 1951, between L.V.L.& W. Co., called "Company”, and C. S. Wengert, Trustee, acting as Trustee for William Mendelsohn and Goldie Mendelsohn, husband and wife; Theresa Cardinal, a widow; Richard W. and Jewel Flack, husband and wife; A. J. Tiberti, an individual, C. L. Ronnow, an individual, C. S. Wengert, an individual, Tidewater Associated Oil Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware; and Young & Smith Ready Mix Concrete Co., a partnership consisting of Dugal Young and Mable E. Young, husband and wife, and Joseph Young and Edith Young, husband and wife, and Ralph Smith and Mabel Smith, husband and -1-
