I note that yon have not retained a copy of the lease, and, as requested by you, I enclose herewith copy of sane for your‘files. All original leases and contracts should be kept on file in the Auditor’s office, and should you,at any time, require the original lease in question on account of litigation, same can be forwarded to you without any delay.
