1 The easement hereby granted is subject to all restric- 2 tions, limitations, easements and encumbrances of record and to 3 all existing rights of other persons in and to the lands of the 4 Grantors, whether of record or not. 5 The Grantors, their successors and assigns, reserve the 6 right to construct roads, pipe lines, wire lines over, under, 7 along or across said easement strips and to use said easement 8 strips, and to grant to others the right to use said easement 9 strips, for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably 10 interfere with the construction, maintenance, operation, repair 11 and replacement of power lines and appurtenant facilities by 12 Grantee, its successors and assigns, over, upon and along said 13 easement strips. 14 At th* request and expense of the Grantors, their 15successors and assigns, the Orantee, Its suooessors or assigns, 1 6 shall hereafter from time to time relooate all, or any portion, 170 f the power lines then maintained upon, over and along said ease- 18ment strips to other easement strips of the same width which shall 19be granted without cost to grantee.
