To advance and pay to the Company at the time of the execution of this agreement the sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($3,130.00). 2. At Subdivider’s sole cost and expense to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water main is to toe laid, and to indicate street and alley grades toy appropriate stakes. To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company ease­ments satisfactory in form where pipe lines are to toe laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to toe five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. 4. To provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company with: (a) A title guarantee with limits of $1,000.00, issued toy the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, showing that where pipe lines are located in dedicated « streets or alleys, such streets or alleys have been lawfully dedicated under the laws of the State of Nevada toy the owners of record of all of the land involved and have not subsequently been vacated or abandoned. (to) A policy of title insurance with limits of $1,000.00, issued toy the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, showing title to the easements referred to in Paragraph 3 of this Article X to toe vested in Las Vegas Land and Water Company. -2- / T - / J 7
