OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS, VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. August 19, 1927. At a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 19th day of August, 1927, at the hour of seven o' clock P. M. Present: Commissioner W. B. Mundy, as Mayor Pro. Tem.; Commissioners C. Ger­man and O. J. Smith, together with the City attorney and Clerk. His Honor the Mayor, J. F. Hesse and Commissioner Roy Neagle being absent. Meeting called to order by the Mayor Pro. Tem. After general discussion of errors in the survey of Buck's Addition to the City of Las Vegas, it was moved by Commissioner O. J. Smith, seconded by Commissioner W. C. German, that C. D. Baker make a preliminary survey of the situation of Buck's Subdivision to show in general the discrepancy, if any, at a cost of approximately One Hundred fifty ($150.00) Dol­lars. Motion carried. No further business coming before the Board it was ordered upon motion duly made, sec­onded and carried that this Meeting adjourn until August 29, 1927, at the hour of seven o' clock P. M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. August 29, 1927 At a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 29th day of August, 1927, at the hour of seven o'clock P. M. Present: His Honor the Mayor, J. F. Hesse, Commissioners W. B. Mundy, W. C. German, O. J. Smith and Roy Neagle, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. At this time Mr. C. D. Baker presented an oral report on the preliminary survey of Buck's Addition made by him. After full discussion on said preliminary survey, it was ordered that the City Attorney, F. A. Stevens, make an investigation and render a report on the legal phases of the report of Surveyor Baker. No further business coming before the Board it was ordered upon motion duly made, seconded and carried that this meeting adjourn until September 1, 1927, at the hour of three o'clock P. M.
