McWilliams Avenue The Commission considered the quitclaim deed from Cashman GMC Truck Company for 30 feet on McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of July, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 19th day of May, 1958, executed by Cashman G.M.C. Truck Co., a partnership, by James Cashman, Jr., to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of Street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given to the quitclaim deed from Stanley and Irene Burns for 30 feet on McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of July, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 16th day of May, 1958, executed by Stanley M. Bums and Irene H. Burns, husband and wife to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. The Commission considered the quitclaim deed from George L. Wright for 30 feet on McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of July, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 2nd day of May, 1958, executed by George L. Wright, to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given to the quitclaim deed from Mary B. Christensen for 30 feet on McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of July, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 3rd day of July, 1958, executed by Mary Blanche Christensen, to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given the quitclaim deed from Albert and Verna Hermenjat for 30 feet on McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made; BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of July, 1958, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 25th day of April, 1958, executed by Albert Hermenjat and Verna Hermenjat, to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of street; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Highland Avenue The Commission considered the quitclaim deed from George L. Wright for 80 foot right-of-way for Highland Avenue from Bonanza Road to McWilliams Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: 7-16-58
