Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved that Service and Material Warrant Nos. 50141 and 50172 in the total amount of $150.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the request for release of the $17,600.00 certified check filed as a performance bond on Morning View Heights Subdivision, Tract No. 1 to be replaced by a Surety Bond in the same amount, allowed subject to the approval of the bond by the City Attorney.
